@AIGinsurance @Expedia your purchase protection plan is an absolutely cash grab scam. There is no point somebody would pay for that as your reasons for cancellation are at a minimum. Thank you for stealing my money and booking someone for the same room within the span of minutes.

@AIGinsurance I booked a trip on Expedia and purchased your travel insurance. Our 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer 10/31 and is to begin chemotherapy immediately and we can't travel. The people at Expedia told us there is nothing they can do as it is your policy.

You call a helpline number that takes 27 mins to transfer to a rep in the moment or crisis.

@AIGinsurance is horrendous day 2. 33min wait time for someone to pick up. Then they say the policy is paid when it's not. Proceed to take a onetime payment but they disconnect before taking any info. STAY AWAY FROM @AIGinsurance and their core bridge financial garbage.
