After they had to pay a $10,000 fine for illegally removing trees, @InvitationHomes is about to get sued again. This time for trying to make their 45 year old composite sink my responsibility.

Just a reminder for anyone out there looking for a place to live, how horrendous @InvitationHomes is. Nobody picks up the phone or answers emails. Charging you for a 45 year old sink made of Corian (life expectancy 20 years) holding you hostage over it too....

@tomlikestocode @FriedgeHNIC First round picks really are only worth it if you're one of the bottom three teams. If you're a playoff team the value of the first round pick decreases tremendously. The furthering to the playoffs you go the less worth the pick is. Smart move by Tampa.

So funny update... Trees are still here after talking to Invitation Homes a few more times. But today I got a visit from the cities Arborist. Sounds like someone removed these trees without the proper permits. Fines are coming and well deserved @InvitationHomes

Don't rent with @InvitationHomes. Almost 3 months since the hurricane, still have a dangerous tree @ 45 deg angle and all this debris they left.
