Awful Customer Service. Amazon sends out the wrong medicines in bottle form instead of packet form and they refuse to correct the shipment and I have to wait a month. Every rap I speak with is completely robotic and there’s nothing they could do to fix this

Good technology, but an awful barrier to healthcare. I’m an insurance broker of 20 years and I’m trying to get coverage for my kids starting January one under their new plan and there’s no one at the company that can confirm whether they accept the insurance or not. Not until they’re physically enrolled in the system first.
How can someone select a healthcare plan without knowing which of their providers are in network. @try_headway you guys need to do better.

Please note that the 2025 XC 90 rolls back when it’s not an auto hold Even when it’s not on a hill. If the roadway has even 1° slope, the car is going to roll backwards until it engages in auto hold. Not sure Volvo is aware of this issue. We had the 2023 XC 90 and it never did this.

Today we had all day basketball tournament at Queens College. Multiple teams playing, and everybody spent quite a bit of money on this tournament. The gym had no AC and these kids were forced to play in inhumane conditions for hours and hours. Unacceptable! Even when asking the tournament people what’s the story they said to speak with the Queens president and take our complaints with them. Would love to get answers here. This is unacceptable on a 90+ degree day no less.
