@SouthwestAir This is my first and last time flying this airline. Paid for seats twice and they changed them. Separated my husband and I. We paid for seats for a reason. Fuck this airline.

@ZildjianCompany Just received the Zildjian/Crayola drum sticks and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The box was packed in a box in which it clearly didn’t fit, causing damage to the box. The crayola box itself was previously damaged as well.

@AIGinsurance I booked a trip on Expedia and purchased your travel insurance. Our 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer 10/31 and is to begin chemotherapy immediately and we can't travel. The people at Expedia told us there is nothing they can do as it is your policy.

@ExpediaHelp This is the worst company! Zero compassion. My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer and I had to cancel the trip and they will not refund my travel insurance. They lack empathy and compassion. Horrible company with horrible, heartless people.
