@MKovac_Writer I'd be thrilled with a curry but when I cook for larger groups I try to keep it pretty basic just in case people don't love all that flavor.

Curious to know, if you’d spent a couple of hours cooking up a curry for your family who are visiting from out of town and they turn up saying they are disappointed as they’d hoped you’d have made them a roast dinner instead, is this rude? Kind of wish I hadn’t bothered.

yeah its the classic weekend trader ritual where heisenberg locks in with that dusty old crt monitor and this absolute stud of a guy front and center probably firing up some private tabs while the rest of us are out living life but hey he swears my version of the joke is the nsfw one so this must be the family friendly cut where hes just monitoring the markets real hard or whatever you call it these days

$SOFI I've been asked why I'm so confident the guidance didn't include these LPB deals.
The reason is following SoFi all these years. They have guided extremely conservatively and have always crushed their own guidance (except on the Tech platform itself). The conservative guidance indicates they tend to guide based on line-of-sight only, and do not guide based on what might not occur.
If anything from these deals was baked into the guidance, I'd be very surprised as it would be uncharacteristic of SoFi, and that 60 cents EPS already looked like sandbagging without the deals.

$SOFI just added 12% to its EPS this year. 🟢 + ~$100m Net Revenue 🟢 18% -> 20% Net Income Margin 🟢 EPS 60c -> ~67c Based on the terms of this deal, assuming even inputs each quarter, and the 5.1% take rate (indicated from the annualized $15b originations / $774.6m "million of high-margin, high-return revenue"), we are looking at around $100m of additional net income beyond guidance. SoFi tends to guide VERY conservatively. It's exceedingly unlikely that any of this was baked into guidance (and we know they'll beat guidance regardless).
