the fundamental issue with Jaylen Brown's scoring process is that it's purely contingent on whether the ball goes in and it really does nothing to bend defenses in any meaningful way; the ball did go in a few times in the 4th to make it look like JB was dragging the Celtics back into the game but it was about as good as it got for essentially the entirety of the game, Sixers were happy to drop super deep and guard JB 1-on-1, there was no need to gap, the wing defenders could just stick to the shooters and if the ball goes in, well, you just kind of move on because it happens from time to time. For this process to work out in your favour JB would probably need to be closer to 70% ts, 55% just ain't it that's basically creating two parallel offensive processes, it's detrimental for Boston in most situations, except for maybe when JB gets switched onto Maxey

Some clarifying news here. (Sounds like the voice of) David Hines, VP of Medical Operations and Performance, who Ant has worked with a long time, says Ant’s timetable right now is 1-2 weeks. That’s more specific than the “week to week” designation the team officially said.

Nice lil fun fact, Ebuka Okorie’s ability to get to the rim is second to none among the freshman guards. Rim/100 Ebuka Okorie: 13.1 Darryn Peterson: 5.8 Kingston Felmings: 9.0 Keaton Wagler: 7.5 Mikel Brown Jr.: 6.9 Brayden Burries: 6.7 Darius Acuff: 9.5

Why don’t we talk about this when talking about the worst contracts in the league ?

Scottie really moving me man 24.2 pts, 5.7 reb, 9.0 ast 3.1 stocks, 2.6 ast:tov 50/35/77 splits, 59.1% ts (+1.1 opp adj rTS) And then crazy moments like this. I still got Cleveland in 7 but wow

2020 NBA Redraft 1. Timberwolves- Anthony Edwards 2. Warriors- Tyrese Haliburton 3. Hornets- Tyrese Maxey 4. Bulls- Deni Avdija 5. Cavaliers- Jaden McDaniels 6. Hawks- Desmond Bane 7. Pistons- Lamelo Ball 8. Knicks- Onyeka Okomgwu 9. Wizards- Devin Vassell 10. Suns- Immanuel Quickley LOADED Draft. They said it was weak🤣

Ben Simmons had a couple szns where he averaged 17-8-9. I don’t think it’s crazy for Scottie if he takes a leap to average 18-6-7. Scottie is the type of player that if he hits his ceiling will fill up the stat sheet like this. He literally averaged 15-5-6 last year-
