I know this is small beans compared to *everything* going on in the world, but I bought a range from @BestBuy on Jan. 4 that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and they canceled my order... today. It is obviously is a big problem to not have a stove.

@BoschHomeUS we spent over $7,000 on multiple appliances over Black Friday for our new house. We are so excited to be finishing kitchen remodel with countertops and seen this HUGE EYE SORE! @AJMadison will do nothing to repair it since it has been over 30 days!

@AJMadison worst experience. ordered in October, told it would be 6-8 weeks for appliances to arrive. date pushed but everytime my rep said it would def be by new date. finally I call and someone else tells me it’ll be months. now my rep won’t return calls or emails. dishonest.

I ordered an oven back in May. It's coming in Sept, they said. Then Nov, then Dec, then Jan. Now MAYBE spring of 2022. Both @generalelectric and @AJMadison have been super unhelpful. I get there are supply chain issues but just be straight with us. We are being very patient.
