Today I instructed my legal advisers to consider the harshest legal action against The New York Times and Nicholas Kristof. They defamed the soldiers of Israel and perpetuated a blood libel about rape, trying to create a false symmetry between the genocidal terrorists of Hamas and Israel’s valiant soldiers. Yes, that's accurate: the 1948 Palestinian exodus was multicausal, including fear from war, Arab leaders' panic broadcasts, voluntary flight, and some localized expulsions. And indeed, five Arab states (Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon) invaded the day after Israel's independence declaration on May 14, 1948.

We have filed, on behalf of our Palestinian client, a demand for warrants for the leadership of Hamas at the @IntlCrimCourt for the crimes committed by the terrorist government of Gaza against the Palestinian people. @KarimKhanQC and the Office of the Prosecutor cannot say that they truly care about justice if they continue to ignore the blatant crimes committed against the Palestinian people by Hamas. These crimes include numerous crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by Hamas against the Palestinian people. Notably including the war crime of utilizing the presence of civilians or other protected persons as human shields. There has never been a demonstration that the Palestinian's are willing and able to investigate Hamas for these crimes. Hamas' purposeful conduct in Gaza has greatly exacerbated the harm against Palestinian civilians. The unnecessary suffering of the Palestinian people must be accounted for and the ICC cannot claim to care about justice if it remains silent on these crimes. Thankful to the work of my colleagues, Eli Rosenbaum, and @sarah_scialom, and our brave client who came forward to tell their story.

Civilian (noncombatant) fighter (combatant participating in the hostilities). Actually one of the lowest of urban warfare history against anything comparable. Lower than any comparable battle/war (very few even close to the situation but those like battles of Manila, Seoul, Mosul or Iraq/Korean War). Yes 1:1. Yes, Hamas (and other fighters participating in the war) had over 35,000 militants. @joerogan @joeroganhq I’m more than happy to discuss where the numbers come from, any comparable situation, why all the destruction in Gaza, what else could have been done, no genocide, and more based on a decade of research and now 7 (about to be 8) trips into Gaza to directly observe the IDF during their operations against Hamas.

They attempted to sail to the British Mandate of Palestine without, however, having British permission to land. The British intercepted the ship and forcibly returned the refugees to Germany. This footage shows a protest in the Bergen-Belsen displaced persons camp in the British occupation zone of Germany. The protesters denounced British treatment of the "Exodus 1947" passengers. The plight of the "Exodus" passengers became a symbol of the struggle for unrestricted Jewish immigration to the British Mandate of Palestine. These people had survived the Holocaust. I believe in consequences and the amount of antisemitic people that have piggy backed off his tweets. He it’s certainly a source of amplification. We have to tackle the sources. I don’t care for the lowlifes that continue their conspiratorial agenda. But when you can trace sources that lead to violence it needs to be dealt with appropriately
