@benno_nagel Because we don't need more leagues competing with their egos and brands. NWSL and MLS both need embraced into national systems so they stop suffocating the growth of the sport.

I really don’t understand why MLS wouldn’t just do its own women’s league. Why have your teams pay for something that you can just stand up on your own.

What a WILD take to call the Concacaf Champions Cup a "pointless cup". Winning the tournament puts you into Club World Cup, where you're playing against the BEST clubs in the entire WORLD. Players 100% care about playing against the best competition. And let's not forget about the money aspect for competing in the Club World Cup.
