@MissMcVGeog This is the reason I left after 18.5 years. It’s such an unforgiving career with young children. I was working until midnight most nights, total burn out.

It’s Wednesday, 9pm and I’m working at home, realised I’ve almost clocked up 40 working hrs already this week
I’m 29 with no dependants and my biggest responsibility is work. I am in genuine awe of any teachers, TLR or not, who also have a family.
This can not be sustainable🤯
