@TfL live status is a joke! States severe delays on Central Line. Got on at GantsHill and it’s fine - very fast actually! Gap waiting for trains other than that it’s fine!!! TFL should be most reliable site. Stress arranging alternative routes for no reason!!!! It’s not right!!!

@virginmedia no internet at all. No update - Promised a call back and I didn’t even get that. An engineer worked on the wire outside the house and since then it’s been down. Told it’s an issue in IG5 area but both neighbours have no issues!!!! Can someone from virgin contact me!

And the external technician! But virgin thought it was ok to take FULL bill out of my account today for service I'm not receiving

@virginmedia @virginmedia also shocking your technical team can’t tell the difference between a live or disconnected line!!! Also shocking you don’t have emergency engineers for customers that have ZERO service for 3 consecutive days especially when it’s YOUR error!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!

@virginmedia @virginmedia GUESS WHAT??? The engineer that was working on the line cut my line off in error! I told you that I’ve got ZERO service but you kept telling me it’s intermittent loss of service issues within the IG5 area… I’m back on now but frustrating as you just don’t listen!!!
