I’ve been pushing myself way too hard lately—working 14–16 hour days, no real breaks, even on weekends. It’s caught up with me. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly starting to feel physically run down. I’ve hit that point where I don’t even feel like doing anything anymore, which just makes everything feel worse. It sucks because I know I do this to myself—I go all in, run myself into the ground, and then end up here again. On top of that, I’ve got this constant anxiety about everything I still need to get done. It feels like I’m falling behind or letting people down, even when I’m trying my best. And I still haven’t figured out how to balance work with the rest of life, or even how to prioritize things in a way that feels sustainable. I’m not sharing this to complain—I just think it’s important to be real and remind people that we’re all dealing with things behind the scenes, even when it doesn’t look like it.

Nice that’s awesome…I have a business that has zero relation to anything in the trading world and it’s fantastic. But that only worked out because trading capital and connections got me into it. Only been doing it for almost 2 years. But I also have a trading thing I do like a tiny family office

@AMTbalance @iamJMinx and it was the best decision I ever made. Making 150k-180k a year salary in a field I enjoy is far more peaceful than any amount I ever made trading full time

@KevinCanSuckIt @iamJMinx This was before becoming a parent — fucking addicted. I did a lot of trading and research. Even on vacation I traded….now I don’t even make a trade unless I have a swing on. I truly enjoy vacations now
