I’ve been pushing myself way too hard lately—working 14–16 hour days, no real breaks, even on weekends. It’s caught up with me. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly starting to feel physically run down. I’ve hit that point where I don’t even feel like doing anything anymore, which just makes everything feel worse. It sucks because I know I do this to myself—I go all in, run myself into the ground, and then end up here again. On top of that, I’ve got this constant anxiety about everything I still need to get done. It feels like I’m falling behind or letting people down, even when I’m trying my best. And I still haven’t figured out how to balance work with the rest of life, or even how to prioritize things in a way that feels sustainable. I’m not sharing this to complain—I just think it’s important to be real and remind people that we’re all dealing with things behind the scenes, even when it doesn’t look like it.

@KevinCanSuckIt Along with that. I think if you were to buy back into software, when carnage end and winners (if any) emerge. Names that mount the 8 and 21emas and use them as support. You miss the lows, you avoid the drawdown. But your back in before the rally. Risk is earnings gaps to upside

Software got sold again, but unlike previous times crypto did not sell with it. Could be worth something

@KevinCanSuckIt As a SWE involved with AI and agents, RAG, cost savings, etc…. I can tell you company I work for has direct 12 month plans to terminate use of Atlassian and many other small/mid software providers. The list grows each month. I would not feel confident picking software winners

Not sure if you’re a parent yet or not. But before I became one..I worked 15 hours a day as a fucking trader….just didn’t leave the desk. Since becoming a father….i am dad #1, husband second and trading third. It changes alot of things but I am blessed because of trading…I am able to be an actual dad and not just a father. Want to slow down work and appreciate life….just watch your kid experience the world

Hey everyone, I have been in mental breakdown past two days and finally to calm myself down. I never cried too hard in my life. Many of you knew me as the guy who turned $300 into $200,000–$300,000 in just a few months trading $SPY. Lately there’s been a lot of positive and negative noise around me, but today hit the hardest. My biggest mistake was pure ignorance and sizing way too big despite solid advice from experienced traders here. I ignored it at times, and today I paid the full price for it. To be honest, I’m left with $10,000. It’s only April, with 8 months left in 2026. I’m determined to build it back up. This lesson will stay with me forever. To all the traders out there: please use my story as a warning. Don’t be like me, control your emotions and your size. And I will continue to post about $SPY and others, I deeply appreciate every single one of you on here.🙇‍♂️
