Tried using Nim instead of Go when learning SDL2, and it's definitely not a language for me. I disliked almost everything when it comes to how the syntax is written. Seems like a cool language, just not for me.

@Raida91 @nim_lang Absolutely. I'm kind of nostalgic: I like how Nim doesn't dictate the JVM or some .NET framework: Gentle learning curve plus "raw power" of C/C++, running everywhere (even in the browser as JS). Quick and easy installation. Stable. You can even choose your favorite C compiler.

Learning game development with SDL2 is very fun and very different from what I normally do when programming. Want to start working on a real project but still have too much I have to learn. Still working with Go as I'm too scared to work with C/C++ even if I know I should.
