Congratulations to Uganda's candidate, Mr. Emmanuel Luyirika on his election to the International Narcotics Control Board #INCB for a five-year term. The #INCB monitors implementation of international drug control conventions, ensures the availability of controlled medicines for medical and scientific use, and works to prevent illicit drug trafficking. As a Board member, Mr. Luyirika will contribute to oversight, policy guidance, and global cooperation efforts in advancing balanced, health-centered drug control.
