@easyJet I've sent a DM a couple of times now (plus tried to ring several times and through a contact form) to get a response regarding a refund for a cancelled flight. You've even sent through an email survey to ask how well you've dealt with the refund...so far not very well..

Lunch today was 'Sophie's Menu'. Sophie is always so good-natured about her restricted choices due to food allergies so @HolroydHowe helped create her ideal dairy-free menu to replace our usual lunch menu. It was good for all the children to 'walk in her shoes' for the day.
