@yesuz9 @PicturesFoIder Depending on the type of fire put it out with water or baking soda and take it all plus the insurance that covers fire damage that I can suddenly now pay for with random ass money in my house that I will not question. Probably has to do with why my house is burning

When it comes to conflicts of interest, Supreme Court justices only have to follow the honor system. It isn’t working (looking at you, Justice Clarence Thomas). I’ve got a bill to overhaul the recusal process and make them finally follow a binding code of ethics.

In Georgia, women no longer have the freedom to make their own medical decisions. I will fight to protect that right.

I have the toughest bill in Congress—and the only bipartisan bill in the Senate—to ban Members of Congress and their spouses from buying, selling, and owning individual stocks. There is no reason not to have a Congressional stock trading ban on the floor now. Let's pass it.

Brittney is a political prisoner. Her sentence for having less than *1 gram* of cannabis oil is unimaginably cruel and outrageous. Also a reminder that cannabis inexplicably remains a Schedule 1 drug in the U.S. and millions have been locked up for nonviolent drug charges.

What A Drag: Following in the steps of a Texas state lawmaker, Florida State Rep (and Congressional hopeful) Anthony Sabatini is demanding an “emergency legislative session” to ban kids from drag shows. No word if it includes banning kids from Hooters restaurants.

Student debt will top $1.6 trillion this month. That's more than double what the U.S. will spend on public education *in total* this year, federal, state, and local.  Our government owns most of that debt. Cancel it. Today.

No one is above the law. Not the wife of a Supreme Court justice. Not the former White House chief of staff. Not the former President of the United States. No one.

As a member of the SCOTUS bar, I am calling for Thomas to resign before he brings further shame to the Court. His decision not to recuse himself from Trump/election related lawsuits is unethical/disgraceful. I am also calling on CJ Roberts to promulgate ethics rules for the Ct.

@SenWarren @POTUS It would help tremendously more if you could go to bat for those of us who are stuck with Sallie Mae / Navient with predatory loans that are the real problem! I don’t mind paying back the Gov, I mind 11% interest when I didn’t agree to it though!!

Women owe over two-thirds of student debt. Canceling student debt would help give millions of women a fair shot at starting a business, saving for a home, and pursuing their dreams. Student debt is a gender justice issue. It’s time for @POTUS to act.

The historic settlement against @Navient for abusing student loan borrowers was a major step toward accountability. Yet many borrowers aren't eligible for the relief. @SecCardona should take action to help everyone cheated by Navient's predatory practices. businessinsider.com/student-loan-d…

I grew up in an America where abortions were illegal, but those with resources still got them. #RoeVWade saved lives and helped millions take control of their future. We can't let Republicans turn back the clock. We need to pass #WHPA and codify Roe.
