Got more information on my termination, apparently they won't even review it after contacting the right people - Utterly shocking, thinking about getting a solicitor to handle this case. Losing tens of thousands over a false ban I'll never understand #roblox #robloxsupport

Being a roblox dev is one of the best yet WORST things to do. Everyday I live with the fear of my game being taken down, or my account being terminated. Roblox's AI Moderation & support is genuinely so horrible that nobody can ever feel safe. The only way to get a sense of security, is making it to the top. And being connected personally with roblox staffs. I've heard this happening to others before, someone who actively commissions and payouts modelers for UGC creation. Group payouts are meant to send robux to people, not to yourself. If we can't even pay developers with robux, then what really is the point of this feature? Actively sending out robux, is considered "blackmarket"/USD selling by roblox terms. And this is only one of yet many reasons to get falsely terminated for. I'm pissed with how the moderation is currently, and I wish for a better future where everyone will have a sense of comfort, with good support. @Roblox please take action, and provide us developers comfort without having the fear of being terminated falsely. #roblox #robloxdev

A friend of mine (@ARXIWN, previously known as BG3SF) was permanently banned from Roblox for "USD Selling", the problem is he never did any USD deals. He was a well known developer actively releasing hits, he's earned over $100,000 on the platform, worked with several large companies, with 250m+ visits, and lost his main source of income out of nowhere. The only thing that could've realistically triggered a ban was him paying contractors through group payouts/gamepasses, something thousands of devs on the platform do every day, which sets a scary precedent for the future of Roblox if this can just happen whenever without any action from support. Whether you believe my friend specifically or not, the bigger picture here is that every developer should be concerned if normal payouts can be mistaken for USD selling, imagine spending years building games, hiring devs, paying your team through Roblox's own platform, just to wake up and find out that your source of income is gone for something you didn't do. @OGTheWinner1 @zaydworks I kept trying until one time i put all of my groups under my main instead of my holder thinking thatd change something but it actually worked, but i also did it with a much lower amount, before i was trying to devex high 7 figs in robux

@ZexocityDev @ARXIWN Alot of developers are invloved into black marketing their robux, so he probably got flagged because developers he was paying were selling their robux for usd, so roblox flagged them then it lead to the group being flagged aswell

Please don't do any more Group fund robux transfers to other people. If you're working on a game with an already set budget, use Roblox' built-in tools to split the earnings. Their manual group payouts system is AI-moderated, meaning there's going to be false positives

shouldn't result in me getting perm banned off the platform. I had zero control over this and I lost over $30,000+ in robux and assets overnight. I had never even gotten a 1 day ban before, no warning absolutely nothing. Not to mention support took around 20+ days to reply (2/4)

I am actually feed up with @Roblox at this point. Over the last month: - I got impersonated and lost tons of business and roblox did nothing about it, I had to scare of the impersonator myself. - They deleted 2 groups of my friend which never broke any terms of service. - They banned my brothers account for uploading cartoony textures. - I spent over $100 dollars in 7 days and got 0 home page impressions. - They deleted one of the most succesful games from their platform and are pushing only updates that make them money. We spent years of our lives building the platform and this is how you treat us, disgusting.
