Forced into Pre-check instead of Digital ID taking me 40 minutes longer. @ATLairport, @Delta agent, @Clear all to blame. After all this time they still seem unprepared for the volumes or promises made.

Another epic fail illustrates the horrible bungled communication between @ATLairport @TSA @Clear and #DigitalID ... Don't shuttle people into their queue of choice and then switch them. There's no value in paying for these services if you can't use them. Demand better @Delta ✈️
