I started to ask why Democrats would be upset about a communist dictator being indicted. But then I realized that’s a really dumb question.
Jorge Bonilla@BonillaJL

WATCH: Jen Psaki and Ben Rhodes hopelessly seethe at the indictment of Raúl Castro, to whom their boss personally offered his limp wrist in 2016. Note the gigantic lie about what causes scarcity in Cuba and note the multiple gratuitous potshots at the Cuban exile community. JEN PSAKI: Okay. I just want to start with the- the video that Secretary of State Marco Rubio put out today in Spanish. It was a Spanish-language message. What do you think? Who is the audience? What is he trying to achieve for this video? What did you make of it? BEN RHODES: Well, you know, Jen, as you remember, I negotiated the normalization of relations with Cuba, including with Raul Castro, directly. Traveled to Havana with you and President Obama in 2016. So I've thought a lot about this. That video was extraordinary in its hubris, tone,-deafness and hypocrisy. I think the audience for that video was not the Cuban people, most of whom probably won't even see it. The audience was kind of Rubio's own political base. The more hardline Cuban Americans, mainly in south Florida, who have wanted there to be a regime change since the Bay of Pigs invasion, when this was last attempted in the Kennedy administration. And just very quickly to go through it, the absurdity of it. Look, I'm not here to defend the Cuban government, but the reality is the scarcity in Cuba is not because its leaders stole some money from the people. It's because there's been an embargo for decades that denies basic goods and denies Cuba access to the international financial system. And because there's been a full blockade on Cuba for months, which has denied them fuel, which has led to power shortages, which has killed people, because if you cut off power to hospitals, people die and children are malnourished. Second, the absurdity of him talking about the corruption of billions of dollars being stolen at the same time that Donald Trump, his family and his cronies have been looting literally the American treasury or leveraging American power to get billions of dollars in crypto companies. Nobody believes that this is some earnest anti-corruption agenda. And then lastly, do we really think these people are credible in delivering messages about human rights and democracy as they dismantle human rights and democracy at home? No. So this is about power. This is about treating the Western Hemisphere like our empire. And it's about something that no Americans, other than that small political political base of Rubio’s is interested in, which is yet another regime change operation.

When I read 1984 now, it actually seems less dystopian than the current YooKay. In 1984, kids & women are not being raped & murdered daily by hordes of 3rd worlders actively imported by a traitor government. Current UK is worse than 1984.

To all my British friends Is the UK really the Orwellian shithole it comes across to be on this app Is your day to day experience Orwellian at this point? Is it some 1984 shit? Blink twice for yes

Obama was a one-man Trojan Horse for radical Islam. He flooded America with Muslims by the millions in the dark of night and funded Iran’s efforts to build nuclear weapons. Let’s face the fact that every conspiracy theory about this traitor was true.

If you heard that a man was thinking about selling his seven-year-old daughter into marriage or domestic servitude, who would you feel sorry for? The dad or the girl? The man treating his own child as property to be traded for cash, or his daughter, the innocent made into chattel for gross creeps to barter over so that they might secure themselves a child bride? All normal people would say the daughter. Of course we would. Not the BBC, though. Our public broadcaster has told precisely this horror story, only it paints the men selling their daughters as the victims, not the girls who are being sold. Meet the 'Afghan fathers' who are 'forced to make impossible choices', it blubs, blissfully unaware of how sick it sounds to the rest of us to play a tiny violin for men who sell girls into slavery. ✍️ Brendan O’Neill Article | spectator.com/article/why-do…

DOGE found the waste, but Big Spenders in both parties put it right back in. Zero of it became law. Zero. The debt is still climbing, interest payments are approaching $2 trillion a year, and both parties are to blame.
Furkan Gözükara@FurkanGozukara

Senator Rand Paul drops a massive bombshell. He confirms Washington completely ignored Elon Musk's DOGE findings and secretly re-spent all the identified waste. He warns the US adds $2T in debt annually, passing $39T, with interest alone soon hitting a staggering $2T!

Democrats keep screaming this is the most corrupt President in history and every branch of government is "cancerous." Strong words. This is the only template for the left. They skip the argument, skip the receipts, jump straight to civilizational emergency. The problem is the country has been hearing "corruption" and "threats to our democracy" on a daily basis for nearly a decade now. The words don't land anymore because they were spent on smaller fights. When everything is the worst thing ever, nothing is. And in doing soon Democrats have become the worst thing ever.

This isn't just a pile of debris - it’s the future of green energy waste hidden in plain sight. Millions of solar panels are hitting their end-of-life cycle, and the world is completely unprepared for the coming toxic avalanche. By 2050, the International Renewable Energy Agency projects up to 78 million metric tons of solar e-waste. Where is it all going to go? The industry boasts that solar panels are '95% recyclable'. Technically, yes - because they are made of glass, aluminum and copper. But economics always trumps physics. In Australia and the US, it costs roughly $20 to $28 to properly disassemble and recycle a single panel, but only about $4 to dump it in landfill. Because there is no financial incentive, up to 90% of decommissioned panels go straight into the ground. Each solar panel is an industrial 'sandwich' bound tightly by heavy polymers. To extract the microscopic amounts of valuable silver and high-purity silicon requires energy-intensive chemical and thermal baking. When they are crushed or left to fracture in landfills, heavy metals like lead and cadmium can leach into the surrounding soil and groundwater, turning 'clean energy' into a multi-generational hazardous waste problem. The crisis is accelerating faster than models predicted. Because solar cells degrade and lose efficiency, and because newer, cheaper panels hit the market, consumers and solar farms are ripping out functional systems at least a decade early to upgrade. This compressed lifecycle destroys the narrative of a long-term, stable asset and creates an endless loop of unrecyclable industrial trash.
