recomp is like the BEST use case for AI because it is repetitive and can be automated. the AI doomers are trying to cancel this person while not knowing what they're talking about - not all AI is bad, not all AI is generative, and not all AI is trained the same way. also this game is 18 years old. who cares. as long as it works identically to the source and isn't total spaghetti code I'd say that's a good thing

@wariocolosseum not sure what the extent is that you know the situation in question, but there were no work opportunities to be had. this was a passion project done by fans for a decomp and recomp that could have taken years to do. code was manually checked. image for comedic reference.
