Hip airplanes might be the single best exercise for runners. They've been in my routine for over a year now. I've been using them as a mobility drill. Bodyweight, slow, pushing the end range before a run. When my hip starts acting up, I hit a few reps of this goat mobility drill and usually find immediate relief after a few sets. One movement. Multiple benefits: → Foot splay → Lower leg rotation → Hip stability → Hip strength in multiple planes of motion Make this a staple in your exercise routine. Doesn't matter if you do it before or after your run or during your leg day routine.

I had to watch the full documentary on YouTube, and I have so many questions. Why are you moving so hot when you know you’ve got a lot on the line? Why are you on social media talking about your operations and bragging about it in your music videos? Why is your stash house your residential home? Why would you ride out with your bare face in a city with billions of CCTV cameras, see an opp, let shots fly, and then return to your flat with another million CCTV cameras in the same outfit? Why would you leave your 🔫 shells at the scene? Why did you upload the music video immediately after carrying out a shooting at the scene?????

A solid player who has performed well in every game barring Brighton (H) in the cup. Severely underused. I would love for a journalist to raise this question to Mikel.
