My theory is that people who grew up going to Bear Lake let their childhood nostalgia cloud their judgment and, therefore, they love Bear Lake. People who go for the first time as adults are underwhelmed. (And don’t get me started on how disappointing the shakes are. They’re either soft serve with syrup or ice cream and toppings served with a spoon, instead of blended with milk into a drinkable milkshake as God and the Founding Fathers intended.)

For sure! The most beautiful & largest lake in Northern Utah, that’s as clean as they come. A place to enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. Surrounded by beautiful mountains. Dozens of great ice cream drive-ins & restaurants is over rated! YIKES dude

Imagine watching someone come home after dedicating 18 months of her life to preaching the gospel and then hopping online to complain that she wanted to share her testimony publicly one last time in the language that she literally learned just to be able to preach the gospel.
