Huntington Beach’s “Fab 4” council members just gave $5.4 million+ to the company who puts on the air show bec of the Oct 2021 oil spill that forced the show to cancel. The council wrote them a check instead of having them prove their loses & city’s responsibility in court. Wtf?!

Erich Schwam, died at 90 years old. In his Will, he left $2M+ to the French village of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon in thanks to the town for hiding and saving his family during WWII. Schwam arrived to the village with his parents in 1943. The family was saved by local residents who hid Jews in a school until after the war. Schwam has requested the town use the money for education and scholarships for the local children. May his memory be a blessing.

@inminivanhell Is he still representing himself? If so and if he wants a bench trial, it's understandable that the judge is in favor of a severance. It will make things a lot less like a circus.

Alan Hostetter has been granted the ability to separate from his other defendants (Warner, Martinez, Kinnison & Mele). His bench trial (he opted for instead of jury) is currently scheduled for July 6, 2023 in DC. As previously reported, Russ Taylor took a plea deal.

@Hogshead3Au Maybe you answered your own question. Groups that would theoretically be harmed generally seem to be OK with trans athletes. No woman has lost a scholarship or been harmed in any real appreciable way. This is culture war moral panic.

BREAKING: The House has passed the first nationwide bill requiring all students to participate in sports consistent with their sex, male or female, rather than their feelings, consistent with 100+ years of practice. Nobody “attacked” trans kids. Why aren’t women’s groups and @HRC standing up for our sex class - women? Where are their priorities?
