1st July 2025 has come and gone. For nearly 300 ASOs of the 2014 CSS batch, it marks yet another year without the rightful SO promotion. We’ve been eligible since July 2023. On 18.06.2025, Hon’ble MoS @DrJitendraSingh publicly confirmed the proposal had been approved. But since then, nothing has happened. The file now drags through the corridors of @DoPTGoI and @FinMinIndia. With great humility, we ask how much longer the wait will be for what has already been approved?
