At what Torment do I start replacing my gear? Been using the same stuff since Torment 3 pretty much

@OG_Robincars @Diablo No I haven't gotten the pet yet so its not as simple as just fish but I'm trying to figure it out

@RevQntmBigfoot @Diablo Every region has a safe spot i found except for Dry Steppes I had to do on the beach, here is where I did my fishing for Nahantu, Hawezar, Fractured Peaks, and Scosglen then I did all my fishing for Skovos where you learn to fish and Gea Kul docks for Kehjistan

@ASadGoldfish @Diablo Running Rogue at moment, so being saved by dropping Poison pool when break concealment, just have to drop it at right spot. Need to try to find some spots in ‘towns’ in those areas. On the ‘beach’ areas, merc keeps any straggler enemies at bay (unless they are ranged)

@RevQntmBigfoot @Diablo Yeah Tidewalkers suck right now I'm on Paladin so I kill them with my Aura and your companions do damage too

@ASadGoldfish @Diablo Sat around 60% completion after an hour or so flicking between areas yesterday. Tidewalkers jept annoying me as only seems to be “ground” based attacks like poison pools that do any damage to them.

you can also get Waterlogged Cache's that have dropped armor and Obols for me. If you fish in a non safe zone instead of fish you also have a chance of pulling up a Tidewalker. so far I've found 2 Mythic fish: Fang of Tathamet: any water in Helltide Molten Martyr: Any Lava

A quick guide for everyone that hasn't started fishing yet in @Diablo based off just what I've done so far. you can get misc. items as well as fish all sellable for gold in any fishable body of water, each region has its own fish except the common and magic rarity

@Sylvecune Not that I've noticed its seemed pretty consistent

@ASadGoldfish Does torment levels affect the rarity drop rates?

@LouieLowlife from what I've gone through of the new content so far just challenge log and console achievements right now but there could be something you can do with the misc. non fish stuff and the occasional waterlogged casket that gives you a few items when you open it

@Sylvecune any fishable body of water works, if you can find a spot to fish in a safe zone its much easier because you won't also pull up Tidewalkers that you have to fight

@ASadGoldfish do you have to fish at specific spots for certain fish or is it just any body of water within a region to get that regions fish?

@RevQntmBigfoot possibly, I am curious about the cow bell because it does give a unique sound when picked up and moved into the storage chest so extra time was given to it so I'll definitely be collecting more of them while finishing my challenge log

@ASadGoldfish Good to know it’s a decent source for the ‘cow level’ bits👍🏻

@Deluct_ pretty much right now just the challenge log and console achievements but there is also a small chance at waterlogged caskets that drops a few items when opened

@ASadGoldfish I don't even know if it's useful to go fishing. It's just for achievements ?

@glacialbean me personally? Yeah just collect them all but you can also sell them for a little bit of gold

@ASadGoldfish What do we do with the fish after we catch them? Hoard them and let them rot in the warm storage chest? 😆
