@smithECGBlog Post arrest ekg’s are always tricky- there’s ischemia here but tough to say if this caused the vt arrest or the ischemia is from stunning. Eitherway cath is reasonable. If ekg normalized on repeat , lhc should be done on urgent basis rather than emergent.
