@SouthwestAir My flight 1035 from Montego Bay to FLL is delayed by TWO HOURS, making my connecting delight to Houston impossible. Also, subpar customer service at the Montego Bay airport - not up to Southwest standards. How will we resolve?

Smart People - The research around unlimited PTO seems flawed. It all says ee's are taking less on these plans, but you never find employees who would rather go back to a set amount.
Is this a data story with a false narrative? If so, why?

So they introduced the new IPhone yesterday. I guarantee all of our I phones will start acting up and getting slower on purpose so we have to buy their overpriced new phone. All they are showcasing is a new camera that Samsung had 3 years ago. Man I miss Steve Jobs.
