I know this tweet is unprofessional on my part, but it's unavoidable. They've destroyed my life in every way, leaving me with nothing—no career, no income, no safety, nothing but my voice—and now they're trying to take that away from me too! I will fight back to get my voice back! I will not be silenced. Without your support my voice will never recover from censorship! Without engagement my voice will never back again. That’s why I am tweeting this and feel ashamed of tweeting such tweet. But it is necessary! I wonder if I said hello how many of my 550K followers would be able to see this tweet and would say it back in support of my voice? Would it be 550k hellos! Let's try it... Hello! Take 60 seconds and do it for me!

We often wonder how people could look away from the atrocities committed by Leopold II, Hitler, or the devastation of nuclear bombs.. until we realize we’re living through our own moment of silence...

Harvard researchers put 24 office workers in the same room for 6 days. They changed one thing about the air. The workers didn't know. Then they tested their brains. Cognitive scores doubled. Here's what the air you're breathing right now is doing to your brain:

They’re bombing orphanages now.

At least two people have been killed by a US-Israeli strike on an orphanage west of Tehran, Iran’s semi-official Fars News Agency reported Monday, as human rights advocates warned against the scale of destruction. Five others were injured in the attack on a newly built orphan charity complex in the city of Fardis, about 25 miles west of Tehran, the agency quoted a regional official as saying. Rights groups have condemned the number of civilians and children killed in US and Israeli strikes and the targeting of educational establishments and residential areas. In Iran alone, strikes have killed at least 230 children and injured a further 1,800, the state-run Islamic Republic News Agency reported on Sunday. On Friday, the UN human rights chief escalated calls for the White House to publish an investigation into a likely US strike on an elementary school in Minab, southern Iran, on the first day of the war that Iranian media said killed 168 children and 14 teachers – the single deadliest attack so far. “The images of bombed-out classrooms and grieving parents showed clearly who pays the highest price for war: civilians with no power in the decisions that led to conflict,” Volker Türk, the UN high commissioner for human rights, told a Human Rights Council meeting last week. Very good reporting from the NYT in Cuba: “Elsewhere in the hospital, doctors and nurses dashed to ventilators that were pumping air into the lungs of sick newborns. The machines’ battery systems died years ago, so health workers have to squeeze a rubber pump to keep the babies breathing until the generators start to work. “With fuel running so short, the gas generators may be only a temporary savior. Nurses in the hospital’s neonatal unit said they already have plans for a fully powerless hospital: swaddle newborns in blankets and put them back into dead incubators, hoping they stay warm enough to survive.” nytimes.com/2026/03/26/wor…

Doctors are manually operating ventilators in order to keep babies alive in Cuba. The U.S. is laying siege cruelly cut off all fuel, power is out, leaving hospitals without electricity. Dialysis patients, babies in NICU, and others will die. This’s a crime against humanity.
