When his mom asked me to whip him with a belt, instead of a regular belt, I'd show a weightlifting belt. Then he'd😱 clean his room pronto. Tickle torture threats worked on wifey after one session.

Sometimes I get really down on myself for being “just a mom,” but I could not contribute to the household at all for a week from illness and we had to call in (and max out) all reinforcements. Even still, it’s like a bomb exploded in here and the kids are being totally feral. I feel very loved and needed now.

@AdamJ73313 @Blondes_tweets True. Sounds like how so many young kids grew up in the old days, especially in the countryside where kids hunted with a gun for food before school. Nowadays, many kids depend on their parents too much. With help from youtube, they can learn to cook & other things

@ASocraticknight @Blondes_tweets That’s all good but I think by age 16 kids should basically be able to take care of themselves for most things, know how to cook, clean, understand basic details about society, know how to drive, know how to solve household problems, money management, etc

More flu thoughts… I started my YT channel at 26, and made major life decisions based on pressures from anonymous people online. I think I’m better off for these decisions, but I encouraged other women to do the same and fear that they may have fared worse. Get married as young as you can but don’t give up if you’re older. If you don’t want kids, don’t have them. If you want 2 kids, have 2. If you want 10, have 10. At the end of the day, no one that is creating these pressures is going to help you anyway. I understand the desire to create a counter-narrative to feminism and anti-natalism. But I think we’re doing it wrong. People need to get married when they’re ready to people they are compatible with and have the number of children that they can handle. Or they can contribute in other ways.

So I am the sickest I think I have ever been in my adult life. Fever above 103 spanning days, no appetite, headache, disgusting cough. Horrible fatigue, cannot function. Strangely, the only things that sound appetizing are the most vile goyslop options that I would never, almost under any circumstances, consume while healthy. Nor would I crave them. My family’s diet is dialed tf in. I do not understand this. Shouldn’t my body desire to be nourished with real food? Even water disgusts me.

@rvolt24 @Blondes_tweets A hot bath can worsen things. Body cells can start dying at 103°-104°. I drove to the ER when my temp was 106° & an injection brought my fever down. I felt so much better, but I lost so much weight. I shouldn't have taken long soothing hot showers to deal with chills.

@Blondes_tweets Lots of bad advice here, so I'm going to pile on: Get the shot (old-school J&J version) Just kidding. My go-to is pizza with hot sauce and garlic. A streaming hot bath with a whiskey over ice (drink while soaking). Lots of orange juice throughout the day. Hot toddy at night.

I got scrawny from no appetite, dehydration, & 102°-106° fever. It was from licking my 👍🏻 to count 💵 as a cashier

@Blondes_tweets Another time I was sick with a high fever for over a week, it seemed like my teen then-wife wanted my dead & was trying to kill me. When her high school friends can over, they were shocked that I got so skinny & looked like I was going to die soon. They nursed me back to health

@Blondes_tweets I got so sick when young & married. 106°. He doc said I picked up a bad bug & asked of I was around the homeless. I was licking my fingers when counting 💵 as a cashier & later found that fecal matter, urine, & some diseases are paper 💵 due to the homeless handling small bills.
