I’m excited about the Supreme Court taking up the case about late-arriving mail-in ballots, because one of the key signs your state has electile dysfunction is when it has elections lasting for longer than four days… Which may lead to premature inauguration.

REPORT: “A former North Carolina state senator received full per diem on nearly two dozen days he missed all votes, got another four-figure check after having been sworn into Congress, and chose silence for explanation to an investigation by The Center Square. Now a member of Congress, Democratic U.S. Rep. Don Davis is trying to secure a third term in a district redrawn to favor a Republican winning the northeastern corner of the state for the first time since 1882. Retired Army Col. Laurie Buckhout, a Republican from Edenton and former member of the Trump administration, and Libertarian Tom Bailey of Greensboro are also on the Nov. 3 ballot for the 1st Congressional District.”

Sheriff Sam Page won these three counties combined by far more than the 23 votes he won over the district as a whole. This should settle the matter and by tomorrow afternoon Senator Berger should accept his loss and concede.

The Libertarians 50th Year celebration is taking place at their state convention this weekend. @LPNC They fielded a good number of candidates for the General Election in November and their candidate for US Senate @ShannonBrayNC , should find fertile ground to outdo his previous (record) statewide voting haul of about 191,000 or so. His numbers far surpass the number of actual registered Libertarians in the state. While I'll refrain to place a ceiling on his potential votes, 4.5% of the vote would equate to around 300,000 votes and certainly act as a legitimate spoiler to the chances of one of the two UniParty candidates running for the job.

So, he rolled the dice and said bye-bye. I don't know what that means as far as which voting locations were picked for the sample hand recount in the Berger-Page race, but I assume the State Board of Elections will tell us soon.

New Jersey had no income or sales tax in 1966. Then Democrats and Republicans passed a 3% sales tax "to cut property taxes." Then casinos. Then a lottery. Then a 2.5% income tax. Today the sales tax is 7% and the income tax tops out at 11%. Today New Jersey has America's highest property taxes. Feed the beast and the beast always wants more. Nothing is free. Any politician promising to end property taxes is scamming you.

They launched an intercontinental ballistic missile at Diego Garcia. I warn about this all the time. They now have the ability to reach deep into Europe. They have already fired at European countries, Cyprus. They are blocking an international sea route, an energy route, and are trying to blackmail the entire world. What more proof do you need that this regime, which threatens the entire world, must be stopped? Israel and the United States are working together for the entire world. And it is time for the leaders of other countries to join in. I am happy to say that I see that some are starting to move in this direction, but more is needed. It is time to act. We have set two clear goals. To completely dismantle their nuclear and missile programs, and to completely dismantle their ability to produce the components for both of those programs. We are well on our way to achieving that. We have also set a goal to create the conditions that will allow the Iranian people to overthrow this tyranny, and I hope we will achieve that as well. I think President Trump knows exactly what he is doing, and everything we do, we do together, and as much as possible in secrecy.

With all the crazy news lately it would be easy to miss the fact that the Trump DOJ/ATF just filed a document in court last week using flowery lawyer language to say "we still think guns with pistol braces on them are legally SBRs and we will prosecute Americans who own them and put them in prison for 10 years per offense." Yes, I know they lost the "brace rule" legal battle and I've made multiple videos on it since 2023 but that doesn't seem to be a concern to them. Plan accordingly (buy all the braced pistols you want 🦅)... #brace #AR15 #AR9 #PCC #2nd #2a
