⚽️ LAST DAY OF THE SEASON 🏆 Celtic v Hearts 🏆 Falkirk v Rangers No trophy presentation for Hearts or Rangers if either win the league on the final day. If it goes to the last fixture then Hearts & Rangers show the games on big screens at Tynie & Ibrox. Season ticket holders can watch the game there. The trophy is then handed over to the captain at one of those stadiums in front of a full house when the squads return home.
