@currys Why is it so hard to raise a complaint with you. Item delivered today damaged. Paid express delivery, next delivery date 4 days away. Phone to finally talk to someone to tell me my order is locked and they cannot amend it. Shocking service #CustomerExperience

@virginmedia Why is it I am not able to talk to someone I have to go through a chatbot which is useless and then transfered to whatsapp... not convenient as I now have to wait (currently 28 minutes) for someone to message me.. #notconvenient #poorservice
