This is 30% of Area Median Income (AMI), considered Extremely Low-Income by @NYCHousing nyc.gov/site/hpd/servi… That said, those in Very Low-Income band (31%-50% AMI) probably would want this too.

Agree 100% w/ @CMShahanaHanif Going to a game, or any event, at the Garden is, to me, one of the best NYC experiences. I don’t think I’m alone in that, & it should not be subject to the whims of a billionaire, especially one who receives massive NY tax benefits.

@NetsDaily Didn't know Clara Wu Tsai has an "elegant Brooklyn town house," since the Tsais do have that luxury apartment in a Central Park-adjacent Manhattan supertall, but it makes sense they'd buy or rent a place closer to the Barclays Center. (Didn't Kenny Atkinson & Steve Nash buy?)
