@drdalbir Great job. a question came up in local journal club: there is a physician who places stents in the pd even if there is no incidental pd access. Do you recommend stenting pd in every ercp? Even if primary cannulation of cbd was achieved and no incidental pd cannulation occurred.

Pre-holiday endomucosal resections get ‘Christmas clips’ (aka Hanukkah hemostasis) because regardless of what the evidence says, a post-procedure bleed from a 1.9 cm transverse EMR site will ruin that patient’s holiday.

If bx indicated well or moderate differentiation ESD is reasonable if expertise is available. Would not do FTRD as size would be difficult for en bloc resection. Let us know the outcome!
