I’m also an Xfinity customer, and the lack of urgency and follow-through has been incredibly disappointing. No one should have to jump through this many hoops after being hit by a company vehicle.

An Xfinity driver backed into my parked car this week, and I’ve had to call every day after being provided insurance information that appears to be invalid. Multiple callbacks promised, another 24–48 hour wait, still no resolution. @XfinitySupport
