Today I learned how to configure & implement DHCPv4 I configured a router as a DHCP server, created address pools for two subnets, excluded IP ranges, and assigned default gateways & a DNS server I also set up DHCP relay using the ip helper-address command so client requests 👇🏽

Today I learned abt EtherChannel I practiced configuring PAgP & LACP to bundle multiple physical switch links into one logical connection, which increases bandwidth & adds redundancy Set up VLANs, configured trunking across the port channel & verified connectivity btwn switches

Today I learned about the purpose of Spanning Tree Protocol STP prevents Layer 2 switching loops in networks with redundant links by allowing only one active path between switches. Switches exchange Bridge Protocol Data Units (BPDUs), messages used to detect loops and build a 👇🏽
