Absolutely ridiculous customer service at @HDFC_Bank Infinia cards team! The experience I'm facing is not just ruining my holiday but is also making sure I come back and disconnect the card. Zero online facilities in 2023!

@HDFC_Bank has now suspended my card while I’m in another country despite my emails!! Major applause to their customer service really

@HDFC_Bank Also ZERO common sense for the fact that I've in been in touch with their team for this before, sent emails with all required docs but I keep getting calls instead of a simple email reply during the wee hours when I'm asleep (in this time zone). How are we going digital THIS WAY?

The @HDFC_Bank Infinia service has absolutely gone to shits! I've been in the US traveling for work through june (+ 3 more weeks to go) & their DIGITAL KYC needs me to be INSIDE INDIA for this! why the hell is my location their concern at all? absolute nonsense!

So @ViCustomerCare decides I activated roaming on a sim card 2-3 months ago on a chip that was with me for about 2 weeks, that never even came out of the envelope. When asked to check and come back to me, the customer care cuts my call. What is even going on?

And honestly its so nonchalant, matter of fact like, it almost makes me think they don't think we have bills and salaries to pay? Like all of us just have someone else handling that part of life for us?

Almost 12 years of doing what I do and I'll never get over the plain faced audacity an agency executive that will ask me to wait for 'just another 10 days' for a payment thats due since 5 months. If this isn't GUTS I don't know what is. #lifeofaninfluencer
