@dhsutherland @KalanisCalves Field sobriety tests are not even close to infallible. You’ve aroused the defense attorney in me who gets FSTs thrown out because the police do them wrong ALL THE TIME. I’m not saying he is innocent. I’m saying we have no idea and the criminal process will sort it out.
