I understand this woman’s irritation and frustration, especially since she paid for the seat. However, I don’t think a judge is going to grant her lawsuit because I don’t see how any of her rights were violated. Filming in public is not illegal, nor did the person filming her need her permission to film her.

A woman who refused to surrender the window seat she paid for to a crying child went viral after another passenger filmed her.
After massive backlash, she’s now suing the airline and the person who recorded the video — saying her rights were violated and she was publicly shamed for doing nothing wrong.
