So the brain skims, nods, and scrolls. Great content leads don’t teach first. They diagnose first. They show the reader: – what’s broken – why it’s costing them – why their current approach isn’t working Only then does education land. Educational posts also fail when they end with weak CTAs. “Hope this helps” doesn’t activate action. Neither does “Like and retweet.” High performing education ends with identity: “If you’re building for retention, not reach, follow closely.” As a writer and Lead, your role isn’t to explain more.
