He then gets an offer for a Graduate Trainee position at a much bigger oil and gas company. However, the pay during the training period is about ₦500k, and the programme lasts for one year. At the end of the programme, there are only two outcomes: you are either retained or dropped. If retained, the long-term upside is significant, but he likely wouldn’t start earning really well until around year three. And by “really well,” we’re talking bonuses north of ₦15m. So the question is: should he resign from his current role and take the risk for the bigger long-term opportunity, or stay where he is with the safer and more stable option?

Oyo School Kidnapping by Terrorists; A few days ago, Barbaric lunatic terrorists kidnapped 7 teachers and 39 students in Oyo state Nigeria. The School Principal Mrs Rachael Alamu of Community High School, Ahoro-Esinele is in captivity. Four motorcycles allegedly snatched from villagers.(3 motorcycle was snatched from Yawota community and 1 from community high school) Moreover, the number of teachers missing/kidnapped were 7 (Seven) and students were 39 which in total 46 missing/kidnaped The affected schools include Community High School Ahoro-Esinele and Yawota Baptist Nursery and Primary School.
