It’s nice to see kids being kids. Some of the best days of my childhood was jumping in this water on this bridge. Jumping in for hours on end until the soles of your feet were in agony from climbing up the ladder bear footed all day. I done this only a few summers ago. Still haven’t changed 😂

In *1973* Burton Daily Mail reported that an 11-year-old girl "enticed" a 41-year-old Pakistani man into raping her twice, for which he was charged. Two further charges against the man involving girls under 12 were dismissed. The prosecutor said four other men were involved in similar cases with the first 11-year-old girl, who was described as "in a very sadly depraved state". She was later placed in the care of local authority. It was said that many other girls were also introduced into Hussain's house by the 11-year-old victim. However, the courts were reluctant to let girls of such a young age give evidence about events that happened a considerable time ago. The 41-year-old Pakistani paedophile was described as "a lonely man of good character, who permitted young girls to visit him. Neighbours were accustomed to Hussain having young visitors at all times of the day" It was also said that the paedophile was "courageous to plead guilty to the offences" and that he deserved credit for it. He got a sentence of.. a £50 fine (£2 per week)
