@BluSmartIndia Driver rude, driving rash, slept off at the steering. I was in serious risk. All BluSmart could do was return my fare- easiest way out most companies use. What about the trauma and the hassle and the extreme risk I was in.

@KotakPrime I was a customer of Volkswagen finance. I obtained NOC from the company. But now the RTO at Barasat Kolkata says that they need a confirmation and NOC from Kotak Prime as well. How do I get this?

@anandmahindra Am an admirer of your thoughts and leadership. I admire dearly what Mahindra has achieved in the recent times. But the service and after sales experience is so bad. Mahindra service is far far away from any customer sensitivity or awareness of vehicles they service

I am a proud owner of a New Thar and service my vehicle at Sireesh Mahindra in Bangalore. Pathetic will be an understatement about my experience with the Mahindra service center. They are unaware of the vehicles and completely insensitive towards customers.
