Hi @sainsburys. I would like to bring your attention to one of your branch- Leyton Midland, London. There is serious problem with outdated products, some several days off, dirt on the shelves and smelly staff members barely speaking English.

@JamieBen120689 @SouthernRailUK Chichester station did this when my children were small, varying stickers. We've still got some of them that we come across. Like you say it makes a world of difference to them to have what an adult has.

Morning all - please let me know your experience with undelivered @vintedUK parcels via Evri delivery. Have you successfully pursued a lost parcel? Have you found effective ways to contact customer service?

@secretHT1 And help our local businesses and residents comply and listen to people's concerns when reporting issues. Went into food factories with mass outbreaks, just as testing was coming on line and before the vaccines. A bonkers time indeed.

@secretHT1 Yep, crazy time, I was an Environmental Health Officer, the legislation would change several times each week, we were tasked with reading it, interpretating it, feeding back to government what was wrong with it (like forgetting to put in the right enforcing agencies🤦‍♀️) 1/2

Covid as a HT was just so wild. More than it seemed. Between 2020 and 2022, 13 unique guidance docs were sent to school settings. These were updated 320 times in two years, averaging 3 updates a week. Each update meant checking, rewriting and resending to staff/parents. Mad.

@HSBC_UK All sorted now, hopefully extra support to the branch to cope with this scenario, as both members of staff were relavitively new and next time my mum goes in how to sort out getting blocked on telephone banking.

Is there support available for elderly customers that don't do online or telephone banking?

Currently in Whitechapel filming a documentary on the East End of London, then this happened. A man was transferring meat to a food shop using a shopping trolley in the middle of the street. Just before I started filming, one of the carcass legs fell onto the ground. He picked it up and put it straight back in the trolley.

Just phoned my local GP surgery. The phone lines are closed for lunch. From 12:30 till 2. Questions: 1) Can’t the receptionists stagger their lunch times so the phones can always be manned? 2) Are phone line lunch breaks a new thing? 3) Since when was a lunch hour one and a half hours long? They really are taking the piss now.

@i_iratus I don't think people think past skin colour. I have 2 friends, one white, born in Oz (parents £10 poms) returnedto Norfolk aa a baby. Now has a home and family, husband born in Eng. Another of Asian heritage, born here. I suspect the latter would be seen as the foreigner. 🥲
