A lot have asked why Truck 1 apparently didn’t hear Tower’s direction to stop.
Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) trucks are very loud, especially at speed on pavement. They’re equipped with large, off road, tires which have a very loud hum on pavement. Add that to the diesel engine roaring to propel the 60,000lb vehicle forward. Many trucks are equipped with headsets for the personnel to wear to mitigate some noise, but it’s still loud.

UPDATE: Analysis of tower audio and map of the airport indicates the aircraft was showing a speed of 114kts or 131mph. JAZZ646 (yellow line) was cleared to land on Runway 4. Truck 1 & Company (green line) requested to cross RW 4 and was authorized to cross by the tower at taxiway D (red circle). Tower then attempts to call Truck 1 and tells them to stop multiple times. The silences and unrelated traffic has been trimmed from this audio, provided by @liveatc.

I threw a round of 20mm at a wall once (pretty hard!), and it didn't do much damage at all. But then we strafed in combat with the same 20mm round fired from our F-15E, and somehow we were able to inflict immense damage.

The US & Israel were the ones who launched a sneak attack against Iran. Trump himself compared it to the attack on Pearl Harbor. We opened the war with an attack that killed nearly 200 little girls at school. If the Japanese had done that at Pearl Harbor, it would still be on page one of every history book recounting the attack to this day. To then punish the civilian population of Iran by destroying power and water infrastructure, which can only be intended to cause mass civilian suffering and death, simply because they have not capitulated, is a war crime of the highest order. Soldiers, sailors, and airmen are under no obligation to follow such an order, and shame on any officer who orders them to do so.

The most likely force to conduct an operation to take Kharg Island would be the Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
To get to Kharg, the ships carrying the MEU would have to first pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
If the plan is to take Kharg, they'll likely have to secure the SoH first, a task that could potentially be accomplished with both MEUs once they arrive.
