So when I got back from work this evening, my wife told me that she quarRelled with my neighbour's wife. I was very shocked. This was the first time such a thing was happening. Both women had lived in peace since we parked in.
So I asked her what the problem was. My wife told me it was because of the rope where we dry clothes. My wife wanted to dry her clothes and my neighbor's wife wanted to dry her own clothes.
One thing one thing led to confrontation, and small thing one person said you insulted me and something something led to quaraRel.
The husband of my neighbour's wife returned as I was still talking with my wife. And the hot-tempered wife of my neighbour began to shout at her husband.
"You better go and warn her husband to warn her. Go and warn the husband to warn his wife or else."
My wife wanted to go out to confront her but I held her back.
"I am home now. Don't go outside."
"If you won't allow me to go, then you better go out and tell her husband to tell his wife to shut her mouth or else I will come for her. Go now and tell him. Go and tell him o."
My wife was angry. She entered the bedroom in anger.
I opened the parlour door to peep outside, at that moment I saw my neighbour also opening the door to come out. I thought the man was coming to warn me as his wife instructed. But he didn't. He came to me and said.
I am sure you have heard about the drama."
I nodded.
"Yes, I have."
"My wife is very wild. I will not sleep this night if I don't do what she wants. She has asked me to warn you. I don't know if we can just act the drama small. I will warn you and you will beg me to calm down. So I can go in and sleep well."
"Ha no na. If you warn me and I start begging you, you will be sleeping well in your house and my wife will think I don't have power. She will insUlt me all night for begging you. Your wife will think you are more superior."
"So what do we do now?"
"Let us warn each other. You will warn me and I will warn you. When we warn each other seriously, we then go inside the house and we both can sleep. That way both women will know we stood for them."
My neighbour agreed and we started the fiRe.
I warned him very seriously. He also started warning me. Soon we were shouting at the top of our voices. His wife came out of the house and my wife also came out. He ran to carry Hoe, I followed the backyard and brought a machete. My wife started begging me to go inside. His wife was also begging him to drop the hoe.
That was how we both entered inside the house and locked the door.
There was silence in the compound.
My wife kept rubbing my chest and telling me to calm down. While she was still rubbing my chest and head my neighbor sent me a text.
"It worked o. Thank you, sir."
I told my wife to fetch me cold water to drink.
When she stood up, I replied back.
"You owe me a bottle of drink."
I was still typing my message when my wife shouted from the kitchen.
"But Praises, you have hOt temper o. Small rope quarrel women are having, you carried maChete

"Just a few days ago, my life almost ended. Armed róbbers came into our house. My wife was with me. I was so scared.
I thought it was all over. They collected money and a lot of valuables. I surrendered everything to them so they wouldn't hurt any of us. But even after all that, it still seemed not enough for them. One of them started haràssing my wife, wanting to sleep with her.
I knew this could bring a stigma to my wife for the rest of her life; she might never be happy again. I could not just stand and watch him. I knew I had to protect my wife. I used all my courage and jumped on him to protect my wife. Then, I felt a sharp pàin. Then everything went dark. He shot me in the chest, & they all ran away after that. But look at God! Look at the miracle He did for me.
He did not let the bullet hit any important part. By His grace, I survived. I woke up in the hospital, and they told me everything. As I'm here talking to you, my wife, my family is safe. I'm happy . It is not by my power. It is only God's grace. He kept us save
He saved me for a reason. He showed that He is the greatest protector. I am so happy. I am thanking God with all my heart. My life is a true testimony. Never forget to thank God, no matter what happens. He is always with us. I'm grateful."

THE PROPHET THAT RAISED 22 PEOPLE FROM DEAD: Prophet Daniel Orekoya.
One of the Prophet whom God used to ignite the Oke-Bola, Ibadan revival in 1930 is Prophet Daniel Orekoya ,an Ijebu man. He was a sexton under the defunct Faith Tabernacle group at Idi-Oro, Lagos.
Orekoya was born in Ijebu Imusin, Ogun State. The exact date of his birth could not be ascertained but he was already a teenager when locust first ravaged Yorubaland. That was around 1912.
Orekoya was born at a time when infant mortality was rife. He was not expected to survive. But he did survive. Orekoya’s parents had problem with children. Not that they don’t give birth but most of their children did not survive ,obviously the towns people did not expect him (Orekoya) to amount to anything. They did not expect him to survive. He was Short-statured, impaired in one eye. He was not the child any parent will invest a lot of expectation on.
But the boy (Daniel Orekoya) who was given no chance to live; chose to embrace God in the course of time. He was a regular face in the Anglican Church of his town and was said to have been baptized by one Rev I. B. Ogunmefun, a native of Abeokuta who served in Ijebuland for over 40 years. With time, Orekoya began to be a seeker after God. But he soon noticed the disparity between what he read in the Bible and what was obtained in real life. That is what pushed him to devote his life to prayers and study of God’s word.
It was in the course of seeking the face of God that he got instruction from the Holy Spirit to move to Lagos. In Lagos he joined the Faith Tabernacle Church while also learning sewing. He worked as a tailor for six months. He then opted out of the trade to render full service to God in Faith Tabernacle.
In Faith Tabernacle Orekoya gave himself to more prayer and fasting. It was during one of the days of his fellowship with God that he had an angelic visitation where a long message was delivered to the church. He then sought financial assistance to travel to branches of the church to deliver the message. But the church declined to offer him help because of some flimsy excuses because he could only read the Bible and not any other book. He was partially impaired in one eye. Though he was aged, his physical stature was like that of a 12-year old.”
But that would not deter Orekoya who looked for money from other sources and proceeded to Ilesha when he heard of the great work God was using the famed Ayo Babalola to do. By then Babalola had just been introduced as a new prophet in Faith Tabernacle. Babalola had also been praying that God would raise more prophets. Orekoya was one of those who caught the vision from Prophet J. A. Babalola at Oke Ooye, Ilesha. When Orekoya got to Ilesha it did not take long for Babalola to spot him in the crowd. He thus became an assistant. Having spent some time with the Prophet Babalola, he demanded for Babalola’s prayer so that he too might be empowered for the work. After this, Babalola left him at Ilesha and went to Efon Alaaye. He went back proclaiming the power of God and the use of water for healing diseases.
There was mighty move of God in Ilesha that year 1930. But then, Orekoya took off from there to return to Lagos after series of revival meetings during which God used him mightily along with Babalola.
While on the journey back home, those who heard of the mighty Ilesha revival and who had seen him play a major role in that revival approached him for prayers on the way. His destination was Lagos. But by the time Orekoya got to Ibadan, he could not move further. Immediately God started to perform miracles and healings. He had hardly settled down to eat at the residence of his host that the Lord ministered to him that three women were coming to see him. Those women came. But not long, the number increased. Before long a sea of human heads had surrounded him.
They brought one dead woman with pregnancy. The family of the dead woman could not afford to pay 👇

I can never forget when somebody told me in my village. He said,
"Now, you are a general overseer, you have no house. If anybody comes to celebrate something with you, where will you put them?"
I said that's true.
He said I will supply you with blocks. Build a house. Whenever you find the money pay me.
I thought this was from God. The day I roofed the house, he sent somebody to me. He said where is my money? I said, Oh Lord, suddenly I've become a d£btor.
"God, I didn't say I want to build a house, Lord. I'm satisfied with whatever you provide for me."
I was a$ham£d. I was in my very first office here in this camp. Put my head on my table in ag0ñy.
When I woke up, because I've been praying all night, there was someone standing there. He said, I'm looking for the head of the organization here. I said, God is the head. He said, yes I know. I'm looking for the one who is the representative here. I said, I am the one.
He said, God told me to leave the north. He came from the north, all the way from the north. Take this money, go to Lagos. When you get to a certain spot in Lagos, I will tell you where to stop.
Stop. Cross the road. Ask for the owner of the one in charge of the organization. God directed the fellow.
And the fellow gave me an envelope. I prayed for the fellow. That fellow? They have never seen that fellow again.
I opened the envelope. It is the exact amount I'm owing.
I know the God I'm talking about. That God is going to send help to somebody today.
