@Groupon violated my consumer rights. The iphone X that I bought arrived broken. I was given 3 options: 1- replacement (except there's no replacement ) 2 - offered me 92 dollars to keep the broken phone (seriously?!) and 3- issue a refund in Grouponbucks. Is this reasonable?

I bought an iPhone X for my elderly mother as a replacement of her old phone to give her better resources in the pandemic. The phone arrived broken. I was denied to talk to a supervisor 3 times already. No reasonable solutions offered. @GrouponHelpUS @Groupon

My @VirginAtlantic flight from Orlando to London was cancelled due to bad weather and then crew's working hours. Flight was rescheduled for the next day. No luggage and no carry-on, so we had nothing to wear for 24hs. Ground crew advised to buy basic needs but claim was denied.
