Interesting to see how some financially beneficial decisions can poison publicly traded companies. Add a dark patterns that converts REALLY well and increase revenue by a lot (though customers complain): it’s almost impossible to get rid of it. The revenue drop would be too big!

Boeing another good example paying out over a period of decades. The company kept making financially beneficial decisions that pleased shareholders. So why do I now look to book with airlines that don’t have a Boeing fleet?
