in hindsight, you are correct in saying that it was not a dicey situation…but that officer does not have the benefit of all the information we have what I am saying is that in that split second, that officer could have reasonably interpreted her behavior as life-threatening and reacted accordingly the split-second nature of this whole incident is what I think you are missing
